“I think you're going to see companies maintain satellite offices there, certainly because New Orleans geographically is closer to a lot of the work in the Gulf of Mexico. But as a location for headquarters, it's a similar situation from what you've seen in Tulsa, Dallas and Denver. A lot of these companies have relocated here.”
