“We've been talking to the city and state about our strategies and how we can work together. The center we have was built in the 1950s, and we're looking forward to the kind of work we will be doing in the 21st century, which will include some testing, but will be more analytical and require a different skills set. We want to be able to attract the best (employees), but that is hard work.”
