When you have companies like Boeing ( BA : Research , Estimates ) or Motorola ( MOT : Research , Estimates ), they have such clout they can negotiate their own terms of market access. It hasn't been that way for the [Mom and Pop] businesses. They don't have that kind of market clout.”
