“The bottom line is that it's not beneficial in terms of air pollution, and if it is beneficial in terms of climate change, it's very marginal. ... There really is only one way to address the climate problem, and that would be with large-scale wind energy. You can do it with solar to some extent, but it's three or four times more expensive.”
