“We took a step backwards from where we were against Lake Fenton and Clio. This was a bump in the road. We just didn't play the possession we played the other games.”
“This came at a good time. We've had a tough first four games, that's for sure. We're young but we're getting better every day. Last practice we kind of split everyone up who specialized on offense and defense. Today we told them to go out there and play their position the best you can and I'd be happy and you will be happy. It worked. We played well and the outcome turned out pretty good. It was nice to see them communicating and working together much better.”
