“The idea was to have an event in the middle of winter where people could experience a paradise, which also raises money to create a paradise for the kids in our area. It's obviously not a black tie event. We wanted something fun and different.”
“We had been looking for a new place for a while, and we jumped on the chance to get a bigger and better location. This center will be in a neighborhood setting and we are all excited to have the open spaces right next door. I think the kids are going to really like it.”
“Dan Mahoney is on our steering committee and he and the village have always been very supportive of what we do. They want to see that the club is a success. With all the growth and development in Plover it is nice to see that the village also wants to develop opportunities for kids as well.”
