“It's so hard to train for wirework because it's not like you can get up on wires every day and stuff. I think the most important thing to do is just stay limber and make sure you don't eat before you have to put on the harness. It was just that the harnesses were so tight, when you back flipped upside down, sometimes the tuna sandwich ends up coming back up again.”
