“It's been a very popular hospital. We just need to provide more services. I imagine it will help offset some of the losses of Jackson Memorial Hospital in downtown and should help with the bottom line.”
“It really seems absurd to have a municipality of this size. Most of the people that live there aren't even voters. They live elsewhere most of the year. Probably a homeowners association is more democratic because most people are not voters.”
