“Statistics we have been seeing state that the level of fixed and mobile penetration combined, is approximately 5.6 per cent of which approximately 3.4 per cent relates to mobile. Hence, there is major scope to increase this level of penetration, particularly with an official population of eight million plus and probably higher.”
