“A lot of people think that because he's only 150 pounds that he's not tough. But that's where they make a big mistake. The more physical you get with him, the more you give up the opportunity that he might be able to just go by you and score. The thing is, he may only be 150 pounds, but he's a tough kid.”

“You never know, one of those might be the next Division II All-American, had we had taken the time to respond to (him). He could be the player that's going to turn this program around. I look at every single one I get as being a potential all-conference player, and we'd better respond to him. From there, we see what happens.”
